Why does my dog go nuts during this commercial

theres a commercial for Geiko where the wild pitcher of a baseball team is pulled out by the coach who does have some good news...he saved money by switching to Geiko.

well EVERYTIME this commercial comes on, my dog goes nuts backing and howling! I dont get it! she freaks when this commercial comes on every single time! its the only thing outside of someone coming to the door that she barks at.

Is there music during the commercial? Could be that...could be one of the actor's voices, if it sounds familiar to her for some reason....

could just be classical conditioning....maybe something else happened that made your dog bark one time (like a knock on the door), and that commercial just happened to be on at the same time...that could have created an association in your dog's mind that causes her to bark whenever the commercial comes on now.
